How to make a better curry recipe by using the local spices

Indian curry is an all-time classic, and it’s probably the easiest to prepare, too.

We’re talking about Indian, and especially Kashmiri, spices, that are usually available in small pots in the market.

But when we went to the market, we saw that the ingredients were all quite pricey, and that it was best to buy them from a local vendor.

So we went and bought them ourselves, and used the spices that we had from the local markets, and made our own version.
